It would be great to see example roues that other Treadwall owners have set on the routes so we could all share and possibly create a directory of routes here on the site

I'm glad you mentioned that! Right now we are working on tools to do exactly what you describe. We are creating a system that will allow users to quickly create and share routes with fellow climbers using an easy online tool. It's a bit of a long project, but we want to make sure that the ease of use on par with our other equipment.

I'm not sure on the time frame for that system yet, but it should be out by the end of the year or early next year. Here's a handy pdf (attached to this reply) that maps out the hold patterns on the Treadwall. You can use this to record and share routes while waiting for the real system to be launched.

We also have tons of route setting experience if you have any specific questions in the meantime.
